Tell us the short version of what your business does?

Direct Support takes care of soloists to small business websites, domains and hosting.

What value does Nexus Smart Hub hold for you?

It’s a fantastic chance to work in an office environment with friendly people and networking opportunities.

What improvements in the way that you work have you noticed since working from Nexus?

Since working here I’ve been able to stay more focused, take on big complex jobs and been able to finish jobs efficiently.

What are the successes and challenges of your Business?

Successes would have to be seeing clients benefit from a more focused me.  Better website development, better SEO and better user experiences.

Challenges would be now that I’m more focused I’m able to find unique solutions to make clients stand out a bit more such as Digital Sign boards reflecting their online content.

What would you say to someone considering becoming a member of Nexus Smart Hub?

It’s a great place to work, with a clean friendly professional environment.  You’ll be able to separate your home life and work life with ease.

What can you offer/ can you help other Nexus members with?

I love helping soloists and small business turn an idea into a functioning web presence that they can operate or have operated on their behalf.
