Frazer-Hansen Consulting: Supporting Excellence in Disability Services
At Frazer-Hansen Consulting, we specialise in NDIS certification and compliance services, helping disability service providers across Australia deliver best practice supports and achieve compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. We work alongside providers to navigate the complex regulatory landscape, develop robust quality systems, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery. Our team brings lived experience and a deep understanding of disability advocacy, which means our compliance approach is always grounded in genuine participant-centred values.
We live by our motto: The better supported the provider is, the better the supports they provide. When providers have strong compliance frameworks and quality systems in place, they can focus on what truly matters—delivering exceptional outcomes for participants.
- We’ve been supporting NDIS providers for over five years now, and in that time we’ve worked with nearly 400 providers nationally. Our core team consists of highly experienced NDIS auditors and compliance specialists, and we’re excited about our plans to grow our training and consultancy divisions.
- What we’re most proud of is helping providers not just tick compliance boxes, but genuinely improve their service quality and participant outcomes. We support providers from initial registration through to ongoing compliance, developing audit-ready documentation and quality frameworks that work in practice. We’ve recently expanded into training delivery, developing comprehensive NDIS Support Worker Professional Practice programs. The ongoing challenge in disability services is keeping pace with regulatory changes whilst maintaining the personalised support our clients expect.
- Moving from Sydney to the Central Coast was a strategic decision. We’re now at the heart of one of NSW’s largest NDIS regions, with the Central Coast and Hunter New England areas home to over 900 active providers. We can now offer in-person services locally while continuing to support providers nationally through virtual consultations and regional visits. Nexus provides the professional environment and strategic location that perfectly supports this hybrid approach.
- For fellow Nexus members—especially NDIS providers in the building—we’re offering complimentary 30-minute compliance health checks and hosting ‘lunch-and-learn’ sessions on key compliance topics. Whether you’re working towards initial registration or preparing for audit, we provide compliant documentation and expert guidance throughout your compliance journey. For organisations in other sectors, our background in ISO standards and quality management means we can support compliance frameworks, policy development, and quality assurance too.
