The workshop will be facilitated by our Business Advisors Mel Archer and Jelinda Millgate – two of our lead disability sector specialists. Melissa has been helping businesses for more than 15 years as an Accountant. Owning her own accountancy firm she knows first hand what it means to operate a business. She also understands the recent changes to the NDIS programme and how your business can adapt to succeed in this new era. Jelinda has first hand experience in business management during times of uncertainty and disruption, facing company mergers and digital disruption as a newspaper manager and also dealing with gambling reform and the introduction of GST during her time as the owner of a hotel business. She has helped many of her clients in the disability sector to re-examine their business models. Mel and Jelinda have helped many operators set new directions for their business since the introduction of the NDIS and would like to help you.
